Elissa Pearl is a Florida Divorce Attorney, Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has been practicing law for more than twenty years. She received her Juris Doctor (magna cum laude) from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, her Master's Degree (summa cum laude) from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida, and her Bachelor's Degree (magna cum laude) from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. 

She began her legal career handling personal injury cases for over a decade. Although she still assists selective clients with their personal injury cases, her passion is representing families through one of the most stressful times in their lives- a divorce. 

Elissa's commitment for fighting for justice began as a high school student when she stood up for people being bullied. That was just the beginning for her standing up for what she believes is right. She has lobbied against puppy mills, attended peaceful protests to keep our children and community safe, and advocates for those in need. She brings her passion, drive and determination to everything she does.
